We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom and United States only.

- Transit time: 4–7 business days.
- Estimated total delivery: 5–10 business days from the order date.
The order cut-off time is 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day. Processing may take slightly longer during high-demand periods. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Returns are handled by mail, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility when the return is due to a wrong order.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition, using the original payment method. Delivery damage must be reported with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
