1. What products do you sell?
We specialize in baby clothing, including clothing sets, sweaters, rompers, and accessories suitable for newborns and toddlers.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free for all orders within the United Kingdom.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Order Processing: 1-3 business days
- Transit Time: 4-7 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

6. Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to a wrong order. Return processing time is 7 days after we receive your returned item.
7. How do I return an item?
All returns are handled by mail only. To return an item:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the prepaid return label included in your package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
If you have misplaced your return label, please contact us for a replacement.
8. What if my package is damaged during delivery?
- Take a photo of the damaged item and send it directly to our customer service team.
- Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds, credit notes, or replacements cannot be issued without proof of damage.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package during transit.
