We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Returns are handled by mail, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility when the return is due to a wrong order.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition, using the original payment method. Delivery damage must be reported with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
